2024 Stunner: Trump’s Astonishing Reaction to Biden

Leading Republican contender Donald Trump recently voiced his skepticism about President Joe Biden’s potential nomination for the 2024 presidential race. In a conversation with Breitbart, Trump expressed his doubts, stating, “I cannot believe he’s going to be the nominee. I hope he is. But I can’t believe he’s going to be the nominee.”

Trump observed that Biden has changed significantly over the years. “The guy can’t talk. The guy can’t put two sentences together,” Trump remarked, highlighting a perceived decline in Biden’s capabilities compared to his earlier years in politics.

This sentiment is not new from Trump. He echoed a similar view at a town hall in Davenport, Iowa, earlier this month, saying, “I personally don’t think he makes it.”

Biden, on his part, hinted at the influence of Trump’s candidacy on his own decision to run. At a recent fundraiser, Biden suggested that Trump’s presence in the race is a key factor in his own participation: “If Trump wasn’t running, I’m not sure I’d be running.”

Currently, Trump is slightly ahead of Biden in the RealClearPolitics average of polls, leading by 2.3 points.

Trump also shared his views on Vice President Kamala Harris, doubting her chances of securing the Democratic nomination and foreseeing a highly competitive scenario within the Democratic Party. He anticipates other significant figures, such as California Governor Gavin Newsom or Michelle Obama, might emerge as candidates due to Biden’s current standing in the polls.

Trump summed up his view of Biden with strong words, labeling him a “cheater” and a “scoundrel,” while also acknowledging Biden’s ability to maintain a positive public image. “He’s always been able to convince people he’s this really nice guy,” Trump said, contrasting this with the perception of himself as the “evil one.”
